Our Staff
Social Care Workers are chosen for their reliability, initiative, flexibility, caring and friendly nature and an ability to work alone.
All our carers are subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check before starting to work with us and receive all the training and support necessary to fulfil their caring role. They are fully insured when working in your home.
Our staff are trained in all aspects of care. They receive a full 3 month induction which includes basic training given by the Supervisors when they start; this includes shadowing with experienced Social Care Workers.
