24-hour Care Services
Our 24-hour care service supports those with a high level of need, throughout the day and night who don’t wish to have a live-in Carer or sleep-in support.
We know many of our Service Users value their independence, so we are here right alongside them to provide the care they need, when they need it.
Dedicated Carers are available the during day and night. A comprehensive handover is undertaken at the end of each shift.
Carers may help with personal care, peg-feeding, stoma care, catheter care and other complex or specialist care services, and if required, domestic chores.
Night Cover
Overnight Carers can be brought in to monitor and support a Service User throughout the night or be on hand in case of a problem. This may be for the duration of a full night or visits during the night at specified times.
They are on hand throughout the night to undertake any care needs, for example helping to change the position of the individual in bed, if they have specific pressure areas, or assist with toileting.
